IDEA stops responding (Deadlock?)

I switched from IDEA to my browser and back after a while, but the IDEA screen does neither refesh nor respond. At least one CPU core (i have a dual core) works with 100% load for IDEA only. Attached you'll find a Thread Dump.

I use a fresh installation of the brand new 7.0.3 Release and also deleted my old system folder.

You are using CVS and have the "Show CVS server output" option enabled, right?
What operation did you perform before you got this problem?

Correct, I do use CVS and have a CVS log output window, minimized on the bottom bar.
My last action was either an update on the whole project or i did some navigation in the Changes view list, cant remember exactly. But I'll keep that in mind, next time IDEA hangs.
