Build number (8573) is correct - as far as one can trust IDEA's title bar.

Hello,

I can not reproduce this.
I used modified, added and moved file, put them on shelve; unshelved into new list and they were indeed placed into new list.

This why I am asking for some concrete scenario.
Maybe you have some exceptions in idea.log?

Did it exactly same way - the only difference is in exactly opposite result

Nothing suspicious in log.
Just come and see this anytime you want.
