After some changes the "invalid connection" error message appears again.

Please try build 7938. If it still doesn't work, it will show you a more specific error message.

I have installed 7.0.4 today so I'll let you know.

FYI, I have tried 8.0 M1 and I have the invalid connection but it's slightly different:

I create a new file, IDEA asks me if I want to add it to perforce
I confirm, then I get the invalid connection problem
After that, I right click in the changes tab on the Unversioned files section -> Add to SVN
In that case it works
