Middle button closes tab and immediately reopens it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. MClick on a classname to go to its definition. It should open new tab.
2. MClick at the new tab. It is designed to close the tab.

Expected: Close the tab and see my previous view.

Observed: Closes the tab but immediately reopens it.

Still an issue in #8913 and utterly annoying. This usually happens when closing the tab reduces the number of tab-rows e.g. from 2 rows to 1 row. In that case, the file will open again as soon as the middle button is released. Workaround is to drag the mouse upwards out of the tab-area before releasing the button.
