IDEA is open with only 1 modified file in the project. at command line I execute cvs -q update -Pd (from the parent dir of the project file) Changes are loaded. Switch to IDEA and I get a progress bar while it re-indexes the files Now all of the files that were updated show as modified. I tried to the menu option Version Control - > Update project but they still show as modified.
