- create .zip file in background task instead of blocking main window
- take into account IDE proxy settings
- use HTTP instead of FTP (which is blocked in many corporate environments)
- I get constant 421 error codes when trying to submit files (login works)
- cancelling transmission has a way too long timeout (some minutes?!)
