Currently when the plugin devkit is installed, the help section (openapi api documentation) takes up 213 MB out of 237 MB for the entire plugin devkit.
If the api documentation is compressed into a jar, just like the standard Idea help files, or the jdk documentation files, the entire devkit reduces to under 52 MB, a reduction of 78%.

Please package the openapi api documentation as a jar file instead of an unpacked folder hierarchy
