I downloaded the javadoc for J2EE 1.4 from Sun and attached it to a library.

IDEA correctly find the javadoc for javax.servlet.ServletRequest
but fails to find the javadoc for javax.servlet.http.HttpServletRequest

After I detached the javadocs, reloaded the project and reattached javadoc all works fine.
