The VCS checkout mode "Automatically on agent" is not supported when the VCS is TFS.
This is particularly bad because we are often looking at the TFS fetch taking up the bulk of the build execution time, making the server a bottleneck so adding more agents yields diminishing returns.
The TFS fetching seems to go entirely through a separate executable (tfs-native.exe), so surely it is not too much work to support it on the agent as well?
Environment: Windows, with TFS as VCS
